Es un contrato o p\u00f3liza de seguro que cubre el pago de los da\u00f1os causados, en caso de causar un accidente, por la conducci\u00f3n de autom\u00f3viles. Tiene por objeto el pago de las indemnizaciones derivadas de accidentes de circulaci\u00f3n en los veh\u00edculos a motor, las indemnizaciones ser\u00e1n hasta los l\u00edmites fijados en el contrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si alguna vez has estado involucrado(a) en un accidente de auto, seguramente ya sabes acerca de los beneficios de tener un seguro de auto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FALLECIMIENTO DE TERCEROS EN UN ACCIDENTE:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El 30 de Noviembre de 2012 se aprob\u00f3 la reforma a la Ley Federal del Trabajo (“Reforma Laboral”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El cambio en la reforma laboral implic\u00f3 replantear las coberturas de Responsabilidad Civil (R. C.)\u00a0y del seguro obligatorio tanto en autos como en da\u00f1os (aviones, RC general, etc), ya que las indemnizaciones por cada fallecido se multiplicar\u00e1n varias veces:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La indemnizaci\u00f3n\u00a0pas\u00f3 de 730 d\u00edas de salario a 5,000 d\u00edas de salario por cada persona fallecida, por lo que contar al menos con un seguro para auto b\u00e1sico (da\u00f1os a terceros) se vuelve muy importante para poder hacer frente a esta eventualidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
